Rick Engineering Company, as the prime consultant, provided design development and prepared construction documentation for the 1-acre neighborhood park improvements located in the Otay Ranch Development. Project site is located overlooking the Wolf Canyon water quality and detention basins. As part of the design feature of the park, an Interpretive Sign was designed to give park users education on how and why the water quality and detention basin works to keep our streams from eroding and our beaches clean. Wolf Canyon Park was awarded a Beautification Award from the City of Chula Vista for its innovative design.
