Rick Engineering Company prepared and processed grading plans for a 2-phased 279,000 sf warehouse project in the City of Ontario. Project activities included public improvement and grading plans, private site construction documents, Lot Line Adjustment Plat, ALTA, Storm Water Quality Management Plan (SWMP) and a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).

The project design was coordinated with the City of Ontario, San Bernardino County Flood Control District, Cucamonga County Water District, a local architectural firm, and their sub-consultant design team. This project was the first of three projects either completed or in process for Waxie Enterprises.
