Construction of this 4700-acre
residential/golf course development included extending and
widening of Carmel Valley Road, Camino Ruiz and San Dieguito
Road. Also included were two sewer pump stations, a regional
water reservoir, four bridges, and numerous offsite traffic
signal upgrades, in addition to the onsite grading and infrastructure
improvements.

Services Division assisted the builder in the public
bidding of all CFD work, hosted project status meetings, reviewed
progress payments, field verified grading quantities and processed
all as-builts.
