Engineering Company has served as prime planning and civil
engineering consultant to Pardee Construction Company
on this 1,500-acre master-planned community since 1986.
Preliminary and final designs were completed for over 3,000
single- and multi-family residential units, as well as
35 acres of commercial and 72 acres of industrial development.
The project entailed such technical and terrain-related
issues as steep hillsides, significant drainage courses,
and major street improvements.
