To eliminate flooding in this mobile home park, Rick Engineering Company's Water Resources Division prepared a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) for Agua Hedionda and Calaveras Creeks. The CLOMR modeled the floodplain and floodway impacts from four proposed detention basins and channel improvements. HEC-1 hydrologic analyses were used to design the detention basins. HEC-2 hydraulic analyses were used to design the channel improvements.
