Engineering Division prepared
the Master Plan for this 600-acre new community that
included 2,000 residential units, an elementary school
site, a park, a community center, and a day-care center.
The Master Plan preserves 250 acres of open space, with
approximately one mile of public trails. Designs were
supplied for three miles of major roadway and one mile
of trunk sewer line.
