Naval Training Center

Working first for the City of San Diego and subsequently for a private sector master developer, Rick Urban Design & Planning prepared a reuse plan for redevelopment of almost 400 acres of a surplused naval training center in San Diego’s Point Loma neighborhood. The mixed use project of 350 homes, two hotels, a new office/R&D area, a community arts center and foundation, and 40 acres of waterfront park.
