This ten-year effort to upgrade the City of San Diego's sewer system included construction of numerous water reclamation plants, biosolids handling facilities, pump stations and miles of conveyance pipelines. As a subconsultant to SVERDRUP/Kaiser, Rick Engineering Company's Construction Services Division prepared all construction change order cost estimates.
