Rick
Engineering Company’s Redevelopment
Division is
working on the master plan team for the revitalization
of Imperial Avenue for the section spanning from I-805
Easterly to 69th, comprised of approximately four miles.
The scope of this project is to define streetscape and
urban design concepts, traffic calming design solutions,
infrastruction assessment, and landuse planning for the
corridor. The Rick Engineering Company team component
to this project includes: geometric and grading design;
traffic analysis; water, sewer, and drainage master planning;
cost estimating; and community outreach. A unique feature
to this project is the unveiling of a new district “Encantada” within
the SEDC project area.
