Rick Engineering provided design and preparation of construction documentation for a pool complex improvement in the Otay Ranch Development. Heritage Swim Club is located adjacent to a community park for use by the community. Major design consideration included integrating the pool complex as part of the Community Park. Construction documents included planter walls, pool decking and pool deck drainage system, shade trellis, entry signage, pool fencing/gate, planting and irrigation.
