Rick Engineering Company provided
site planning and preparation of construction documentation
for a pool complex improvement in the Otay Ranch Development.
Site planning included location of proposed buildings,
pool, wading pool, pool deck and pool fencing. Major design
consideration included a large pool deck area for community
use. Construction documents included planter walls, pool
decking and pool deck drainage system, entry wood trellis,
entry signage, pool fencing/gate, planting and irrigation.
