Centre City Parkway Improvements

The City of Escondido retained Rick Engineering to prepare a traffic study and analyze Centre City Parkway from SR 78 to Washington Street. Centre City Parkway is the City’s most significant roadways in terms of traffic volume and width. The traffic study outlined the constraints and limits of various widening scenarios culminating in the recommendation of a preferred alternative. Rick Engineering then prepared the PS&E for the alternative.
