Sacramento, California

The Sacramento office of Rick Engineering Company opened in April of 2004. This office is working on several projects in the greater Sacramento area and is staffed with a design team of experienced civil engineers.

The office is led by Kelly Birkes, an Associate Principal who joined Rick Engineering Company in 1986. The Sacramento office is currently focusing on providing planning, landscape architecture and civil design services for land development projects as well as roadway design services.
