Rick Engineering Company's Orange office was formed on July 1, 2000 when we joined forces with the Transportation Engineering firm of Hank Mohle and Associates (HMA); which was established in Orange County in 1977.

The Rick Engineering Company Orange office provides full traffic engineering services including traffic impact analysis studies and traffic engineering design; as well as street, highway, and freeway interchange design, general land development engineering; and additional speciality services through our Corporate Headquarters in San Diego.
