The Rick Engineering Company Stormwater staff is comprised of certified professionals with years of government and commercial experience managing permit applications at the State and Federal levels, preparing Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), Post-Construction Storm Water Operation and Management Plans, and assisting clients with storm water requirements on their construction sites.

Our staff makes it a priority to stay abreast of the latest storm water State and Federal regulations, as well as local municipality requirements. They offer a wide array of services - from Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) preparation to on-site SWPPP auditing and implementation services. Quarterly SWPPP Training is available to owners, contractors and municipal storm water inspectors.

Project management actions have ranged from the development of a large regional general permit for the County of San Diego to the development of Special Area Management Plans, requiring extensive coordination with Federal, State and local agencies.
